The amount of digital innovations is immeasurable and their impact on our every day lives is massive. No other city in Europe tries to help shaping the digital future as much as Berlin. 27 years after the fall of the Berlin wall, the city can still be considered to be a startup itself, constantly changing and developing. And that is probably the reason why Berlin’s soil seems so fruitful. An innovation hub that wants to thrive and prosper, that attracts talents and is a hotspot for digital technologies, especially in the field of Digital Health. Particularly startups, with teams made up of developers, doctors and sales professionals, produce numerous solutions that have an added value for patience but also efficiency potentials in healthcare. The German demand is undoubtably massive and makes Berlin an interesting target market – and the perfect location for Frontiers Health.

Umspannwerk Kreuzberg is a the protected transformer station from the 1920s and home to the first ever Frontiers Health Conference. The old industrial facility has its very own charm with a private and cosy atmosphere. The core of the venue is the old generators hall of about 440 square metres. After the complete restoration in 2002, the hall is equipped with the most up to date technique and makes for the perfect setting for inspiring keynotes and fireside chats.
