Munya Chivasa is in charge of the Accelerator Program at the Innovation Center at Merck KGaA. He is also involved in outreach activities and in supporting internal projects.

Before joining Merck, he worked in technology transfer, most recently working with academics and industry partners to find the right paths to commercialization of research results.

Munya holds a Bachelors’ degree in Biochemistry and Pharmacology and has studied Intellectual Property Management, as well as Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the Masters level.
